Shipments and returns
Your shipping package
Packages are usually sent within 2 days after receipt of payment and are sent through the postal service with tracking and signature delivery. We will provide you with a tracking number to track your package online.
In the event that the consignee of the shipment is not at the reference address at the time of delivery, the Post Service should notify you, leaving you a collection notice, that your package is located at the post office closest to your home, where you can claim it with the tracking number we provide. After 15 days (approximately) unclaimed packages can be returned.
The shipping process, until you receive it at home, can be 3 to 5 days for shipments in Spain and 6 to 10 days for international shipments, depending on the postal services of each country.
For product returns we can only guarantee the free replacement of the same, if justified, but not the cost of shipping that will be borne by the customer.
Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as shipping costs. We recommend that you group your articles into one order. We cannot group two separate orders placed separately, and shipping rates will apply to each of them. Your package will be sent at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.
